I agree with another comment about the sparkle effect not being enough to identify the current ammo. I think the art all looks very good and consistent. It would be very nice if I could resize the window properly tho, since the window is so tiny. But still it's a very finished game, well done!
I love the concept of different beads giving you different power-ups/ammo! The art style is great and definitely feels retro! Would love to see this expanded on after the game jam!
I think the UI needs some work to more clearly tell the player which bead is being used next. I know there is a sparkle around it, but the effect and bead itself are so small it's hard to really understand.

The UI is definitely going to be fixed. Someone else had the same problem and I was still worried about it too.
